The following meal plan is taken from "LEAN BODIES HOMESTYLE HELPINGS." Kathy Coker has provided 4 weeks of scrumptious dishes from her test kitchen. Just think.all the great dishes you grew up with specifically designed for the LEAN BODIES program. Dr. Cliff has provided his LEAN BODIES eating program at the front of the book in a "no thinking" structure. Kathy has provided the delicious HOMESTYLE RECIPES and SNACKS every day for 4 weeks along with WEEKLY GROCERY STORE LISTS. What a winning combination.Thank you...KATHY!



Breakfast: Blueberry waffles, p. 35, yogurt (or Dr. Cliff's Breakfast Blend)
Snack: Energy Bar
Lunch: Turkey and Rice Salad, p. 36; steamed asparagus
