Dear Friend,
Welcome to a new chapter of your life! The journey you are starting is full of
adventure and creativity. The "chains of dieting" no longer bind you. You are
free at last to experience the joys of eating. Although, this time you will be
eating the right foods in the right combinations at the right times of day to
build your metabolism for life.
We are all involved in our own daily "health walk." The choices we make each
day "for" or "against" optimal health assist in shaping where our "steps" lead
us. Interruptions sometimes cause us to swerve in our path. Maybe, an
interruption has led you to my "Lean Bodies Eating and Exercise Program." The
fact that you are reading this letter shows that you are being pro-active.
Wouldn't it be great if there was someone to come alongside and walk with
you? You know a friend to support you "every step of the way." Even more, a
"coach" to teach you the tools that lead to "real wellness." Now that would
really be the ticket! No need to look further. I would love to teach you how to
