Lying overhead triceps extension
Lie back on a flat exercise bench.
Grasp a barbell and hold it overhead with
your arms extended. The angle of your arms should be slightly back.
Bend your elbows, letting the bar reach a
position just behind your head. It is important to keep your arms stationary
from the sholder to the elbow throughout the exercise. Then press the bar back
up, allowing it to travel in an arc back to the overhead position.
Slowly return to the starting position, and
repeat the exercise for the recommended number of sets and repetitons.
