Machine bench press

If you perfer machine training, bench press machines are an effective way to build and shape the chest. With some machines, you'll sit upright.
 
Either way, press the bar of the machine out but stop short of fully extending your arms. Then slowly bring the bar back, always emphasizing proper form.
 
Repeat the exercise for the recommended number of sets and repetitions.
