Chins

To perform the chin-up, take an underhand grip (slightly less than shoulder-width) or an overhand grip (about shoulder-width) on the chinning bar.
 
Slowly hoist yourself up until your chin is just above the bar. Try to bring you chest to the bar.
 
Lower and repeat for as many repetitions as you can.
